Advanced Permaculture: Animals in a Permaculture System

In this advanced course you’l learn concepts and skills related to designing and implementing permaculture systems with animals. You’ll gain hands-on experience with chickens, sheep, cattle and bees as well as learn how wildlife and humanlife create functional relationships that lead to healthy habitats.

Experience first hand trimming a sheep hoof , castrating a lamb, steering a steer to go where you want him to go. (And what it’s like when he doesn’t)  You’ll learn how to use all the parts of an animal: Brain tan a hide, make tacos out of beef tongue, learn to tell if that old hen is still laying eggs.
