Reservations are open for 2026 beef and lamb. Quantities are limited.

Workshops & events

Yes, we sell grass-fed beef and lamb. We also roast coffee, argue about AI, and throw a pizza party.

We know that's a strange lineup for a livestock farm. We're not going to pretend otherwise — we just like having people out here for reasons that aren't "picking up a quarter of beef." A few times a year, we open the place up for something different.

Coffee Roasting Workshop

Green beans in, real coffee out, in about the time it takes to explain why your coffee has tasted mediocre for years.

We'll walk through roast levels, what actually happens to the bean as it darkens, and how to tell “done” from “ruined” before the smoke alarm tells you first. You leave with a bag of coffee you roasted yourself and enough knowledge to keep doing it badly on purpose, on purpose.

AI Study Group

A small group that gets together to actually read the papers and try the tools, instead of just having opinions about them at parties.

No pitch, nothing to buy. Just people working through what's real, what's hype, and what's worth their time this month, in a barn instead of a Zoom call.

Runs: seasonally

Pizza Discussion Party

Wood-fired pizza and a conversation that's more interesting than the pizza.

Everyone builds their own pie, we throw them in the oven, and while they cook we talk. Come hungry. Come with an opinion.
