Reserve a Whole Lamb

Usually total. Final total depends on actual hanging weight. Specialty products cost extra.

What you receive

Loin and rib chops, leg of lamb (whole or split), shoulder roasts or chops, ground lamb, stew meat, shanks, ribs or breast, and — when available — bones and organ meats.

If you've never worked with lamb cuts before, take the standard cut. It's a balanced assortment and one less thing to think about.

What the price includes

The lamb, slaughter, standard cutting, grinding, packaging, labeling, and freezing. Gyro meat, sausage, specialty seasoning, smoking, and other nonstandard processing are extra.

Why buy a whole lamb?

It fits most household freezers and gives you more variety than buying retail cuts one at a time. If you cook Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, South Asian, North African, or northern European food — or you just want to use more than chops and leg roasts — this is built for you.

A limited seasonal harvest

Only 8 whole lambs are available for 2026. A $200 deposit holds your reservation.
